Even as the tide of the so-called raves receded over the last few years, partially bucking the (anti)trend, Playground Productions(Happyhardcore.org) continue to promote events that remain true to the underground massives. They teamed up with PlurPlanet this summer for a Friday series called "Resurrection Fridays," the final night which, particularly special, as it paid homage to the early adopters and influential DJs of the Atlanta dance/rave music scene. And in keeping with the theme, most of the DJs brought out the rave classics and party anthems of yesterday for this nostalgic night.
