Not because I need one, but because I read a book about the modern American Atheist and am curious what we have as a sample of non-believers/freethinkers in ATL.
I found this sorry excuse for a [non secured form] donation:

In my high school days I was a member of FFRF - we even communicated over the modern idea known as dial up bulletin board.
Ideas? My goal is not to promote atheism, simply keep it top of mind and disruptive, just like I like it. |

Meh; the idea is far to similar to "anarchist clubs" for my taste.
As in, people really shouldn't need any help to NOT believe in something.
Me? I absolutely KNOW that Jesus, Allah, and Mickey Mouse do indeed exist... because millions of people MAKE them exist by being "True Believers". Once we've eradicated all of those people from the face of the planet, then their respective deities truly WON'T exist.
Hrm... If only I had some sort of logical grouping of supporters to achieve that goal of eradicating zealots... |

Usually referred to as "cells" rather than "clubs". |

the meet-up site has options for meetings and members as such depending on what area you're from. I have yet to attend any of the meet ups, but i think most are socials, tangos, etc taking place at bar/pub, local small venue
