mode.radio's latest mixes for May! Enjoy!

Subterranean Sessions Vol. 12--The Demo (Final Subterranean Sessions)

We've said it a couple of times, but this REALLY is our last Subterranean Sessions for some time. The DJ's name is Zeke Phillips and the recording is from a cassette given to me in 2001. Some dark, classic d'n'b on this one. Enjoy and hopefully the Subterranean Sessions will come back again... CaZ is Chris Nicholson & Mike Zarin

When we started collaborating on events a couple of years ago there was a common interest and desire to explore more global rhythms and to expose our crowds to a deeper form of music. Through time it has built to become something that we both hold very close to us and what better way to celebrate than to share this music through a mix for the world to hear. Our goal for Closer to the Sun was to take the listener on a musical journey through sounds from around the world that inspire us in our sets and move us in our day to day lives. With that being said we hope you enjoy listening as much as we did making it.
